This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted in small lots of vineyards grown in Rattlesnake Hill, a small rocky knoll on the estate. The tasting notes describe bold aromas of black fruit, baking spice, cassis, graphite, ground espresso, dusty cocoa and dried tobacco. Ripe, grippy tannins give way to a crush velvet mouth feel.
