Skeleton Theory is a hazy double hopped IPA that is described as big, fruity, ripe pineapple notes, bright citrus and a subtle hint of pine. This IPA is based on an isomorphic grain bill designed as a hazy IPA with ample haze elements and 2-row barley base malt. That’s the skeleton. Each series is constructed with a unique, modern or experimental hop or combination of hops. No 8 is available in a Kansas Liquor store today!
