is next up in our celebration of bourbon this month. This distillery is located in the heart of Shelby County Iowa amidst the cornfields. They are a true seed-to-spirit craft distillery and one of only a handful across the nation. The Steeple Ridge Bourbon is a premium, small batch bourbon and is carefully produced, polished and matured in charred wooden barrels. It has notes of vanilla, cherry and just a touch of nuttiness. The Steeple Ridge Bourbon Single Barrel is from the finest barrels and is PREMIUM in every way! Using only Estate Grains grown by them, only the finest portion of the Heart Cuts makes into each bottle.
